Refund and Return Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product. We strive to make the return process as simple and hassle-free as possible. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth return experience.

Returns within 30 Days

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that items that have been opened and used cannot be returned.

Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards, Products purchased on sale or discount and Some food items. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Items with obvious signs of use after purchase.

Packaging materials that has been opened when the damage is visible through packaging.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Damage Claims

If you receive a damaged item, it is important to take photographs of the item upon delivery. These photographs will be required to process your damage claim. Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item to initiate the return process.

Return Postage

Please note that we do not cover the cost of return postage. You will be responsible for the return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the item reaches us safely. We cannot be held responsible for any items that are lost or damaged during the return shipping process.

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy criteria. If the item is deemed eligible for a return, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days. Please note that the refund will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase.
